Ben, founder of TechSculpTics, advocates “Tech for Humanity”, emphasizing the integration of Human-Centered Design (HCD) in technology and education. His background spans civil service, entrepreneurship, and scientific research.

In civil service, Ben developed HCD-focused entrepreneurship workshops aimed at empowering public sector professionals to foster innovation. As Campus Head at Respectech Hr., he successfully scaled the user base from 700 to over 6,000 by implementing effective cohort-based segmentation strategies.

Ben holds an M.Sc. in Analytical Chemistry, utilizing HCD principles to provide underserved communities with essential laboratory skills. Additionally, since 2018, he has been a jury member for the Envirocare Green Awards, promoting the SDGs and environmental sustainability. In 2023, his project e-CoLAB was recognized by the Civil Service Innovation Challenge. As host of the TechSculpTics Podcast, he engages over 8,000 listeners and industry experts.
