Elizabeth F. Churchill is a globally recognized leader in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), User Experience (UX), Design, and Artificial Intelligence (AI). She currently serves as Chair of the Human-Computer Interaction department at the Mohamed bin Zayed University of Artificial Intelligence (MBZUAI).

With leadership roles spanning academia and industry—including Google, Yahoo, and eBay—Elizabeth is known for championing human-centered approaches to technology and AI design. She has authored more than 200 publications and co-authored influential books including *Foundations for Designing User-Centered Systems* and *Designing with Data*.

Her many honors include ACM Fellow, the ACM SIGCHI Lifetime Practice Award, and induction into the SIGCHI Academy. In addition to her research, Elizabeth is a passionate mentor and advocate shaping the future of computing through leadership, education, and innovation.
