Nandita Abraham is the Dean of BITS Design School, Mumbai, under BITS Pilani, an ‘Institution of Eminence.’ She is a visionary leader revolutionizing design education through collaboration, sustainability, and transdisciplinary learning. With global experience in the US, Hong Kong, and India, she is agile, entrepreneurial, and student-focused.

She serves on the FICCI National Higher Education Committee and has held key roles at IFFTI(International Foundation of Fashion Technology Institutes) and CII National Design Committee. She has lectured at top institutions worldwide and presented papers across Asia, Europe, and the UK.

Passionate about empowerment, she led impactful initiatives like the Tihar Jail Fashion Project, Dastkar Ranthambore, and Sewa Learning Centres. A dedicated mentor, she champions people development and employability.
