Program: Design Leaders Programme

Executive Programme for Design by Future London Academy is the only MBA-equivalent made specifically for Creative Directors and Design Leaders with 15+ years of experience who want to get a better understanding of business processes, become greater leaders, and take their careers and business internationally. The programme is broken into five intensive modules in London and California and is taught by the industry’s top CEOs, CFOs, Investors and Design Leaders from companies like AKQA, Zaha Hadid Architects, Google and Saatchi & Saatchi.

Inspired by Bauhaus principles, the five modules are focused around five layers: Being a Better Human, Building Better Products, Building Better Teams, Building Better Companies and Building a Better World. With topics including Business Strategy, Finance, Operations, Leadership, Culture and Team Management, the programme helps design leaders to navigate every aspect of modern business while maintaining a purpose-driven and human-centred approach.

Students

The Design Leaders programme currently hosts 30 delegates in its latest cohort. Since its launch in 2020, Humanity-Centered Design has served as the philosophical foundation of the curriculum, shaping all five modules with “Human” topics at their core. This structure ensures participants develop the skills to lead with empathy, responsibility, and humanity-centered values at the heart of their decision-making. To date, 63 graduates have successfully completed the programme and are now applying these principles within organizations worldwide.
