Mantra4Change enables quality education, reaching 2,50,000+ schools across nine states in India. Samartha, its School Leadership Development program, believes schools transform through people, not mandates. It empowers school leaders (SLs), teachers, parents, and students to lead change. Guided by HCD+ principles, Samartha nurtures leadership through collaborative problem-solving: identifying challenges, uncovering root causes, and co-designing solutions. District and Block mentors support SLs in establishing sustainable structures and processes. SLs create opportunities for children to lead initiatives that foster socio-emotional growth and 21st-century skills, encourage teachers to make classrooms engaging, and conduct effective PTMs to make parents active partners. Learning Circles provide SLs a platform to share best-practices, reflect, and solve problems collectively. Pragati Hejje showcases bring communities together to celebrate progress and reinforce shared ownership.
By embracing co-creation, iteration, and systemic thinking, Samartha transforms schools into ownership-driven ecosystems where collaboration and innovation enable enriching learning experiences for every child.
