Involve Learning Solutions Foundation

Involve puts students at the center of learning in India’s government schools. We train older students to mentor younger peers in small groups, helping them master foundational literacy and numeracy while the mentors practice communication, problem-solving, and care for their community. We also create opportunities for students to experience leadership in schools and communities. The approach works in the toughest contexts—multi-grade classrooms, single-teacher schools, and low-resource blocks—because it draws on the one asset every school has: its students.
Our team partners with district education departments in Karnataka, Bihar, and Uttar Pradesh to integrate peer teaching into teacher training, timetables, and monitoring so it lasts beyond projects. We complement this with student parliaments, reflection circles, and a WhatsApp-based teacher coach to keep classrooms student-led. Early studies show meaningful gains in learning and confidence, and girls are stepping forward as student leaders in large numbers. Our goal is simple: every child learns, leads, and believes their voice matters.
