Lilián is an Industrial Designer, Academic Coordinator at Anahuac University of Mexico, Board member in the World Design Organization. Is a PHD candidate in Critical Theory, a Master degree in Contemporary Art, master in disabilities, and a master specialist in sculpture, drawing and art. where she won different awards as an artist and made collective and individual exhibitions.

She had the opportunity to work as a designer in the Mexican industry and as a professor in several Universities and cities around Mexico. She also designed for the government and had experience in the manufacturing process. In 2006 - 2011 worked as a designer in the General Electric Energy division, obtaining different certifications in the meantime about quality and design.

Also, was a Co-founder and organizer for various conferences, talks and symposiums about art & design. Was invited as a speaker in different Universities and congresses nationally and internationally.

Lilian participated as a Jury in several International Design awards, at Taiwan Excellence Award (TISDC TW), SIT Furniture Design Award , India award Confederation of Indian Industry, European Product Design Awards (ePDA), Editorial Board member at “Worldesign” by Domus Magazine, Guest editor in the "Design for all-Insitute for India Magazine, curator in the exhibition "Olivetti and Mexico '68 olympic games", founder of the “Design from peace” initiative ( https://lnkd.in/giH2jiMg). Jury and moderator of the educational forum on the topic "Design for humanity" Chiba University of Tokyo, Japan.

Her Design research and development expertise is in social design, experience design, symbolic design, esthetics, healthcare, disability, inclusion design. Until today is an art and design writer since 2009.
